For years one of our favorite casseroles at our house has been Tater Tot Casserole; well here is a little Mexican Spice Side of that Recipe to heat up your kitchen. It's Such GOOD FOOD you just have to try it soon.

What you Need:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 small can black olives (sliced)
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
1 (16 ounce) tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
1 (12 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (16 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1 (10.5 ounce fluid ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 Cup chopped chives or green onions
