2 tablespoons Canola oil
1/2 cup onion, sliced
4 teaspoons minced garlic (4 medium-sized garlic cloves)
1 Thai chili, sliced (other hot chili works fine as well)
1 pound chicken tenderloin, cut into bitable sizes
1 cup green beans, ends trimmed, cut into 1.5-inch long
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
a pinch of chili powder (optional)
