We are exactly ONE WEEK away from the biggest food holiday of the year. How do you plan to celebrate? Will you be up at dawn to prep the bird? Stuffing, slicing, roasting, toasting and baking away for hours upon hours? Believe it or not, we have other plans. 1 turkey breast
1/2 cup of goat cheese
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 orange juiced and zested
1 lemon juiced and zested
12-18 crostini toasts

Sea Salt Green Bean Fries

1 package of fresh green beans
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Twice Baked Red Potato Skins with Sage Gravy

6 small red potatoes
1 jar of turkey gravy
1 tbsp of sage leaves
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese

Stuffing Stuffed Mushrooms

12 large white cap mushrooms
1 box of stuffing mix
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of butter

Apple pie is a show-stopping dessert that is made with a lusciously thick and gooey filling embedded with layers upon layers of tender apples. The flaky, buttery homemade pie crust and a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream for serving are non-negotiable!

Double Pie Crust:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter ( cold and cut into cubes )
6 tbsp. ice water
Apple Pie Filling:
3 lbs. apples ( 6-7 large Granny Smith or Honey Crisp )
3 tbsp. cornstarch
.25 cup unsalted butter
.5 cup granulated sugar
.5 cup brown sugar ( packed )
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

If you are following us since the beginning, then you know how much we love pumpkins. We had some leftover pumpkin puree and decided to create the best recipe for Vegan Pumpkin Bread!

Bread:
210 g spelt flour
70 g almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
130 g coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
75 ml unsweetened almond milk
75 g melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
