2- 2.5 lbs. potatoes or 10 medium
3/4 Cup milk
1/2 Cup sour cream
4 Ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
chopped parsley
5 slices cooked bacon ( broken into pieces)
