You haven't lived until you've tried Indian food! My favorite dish by far is Chicken Tikka Masala. You've got to add this to your menu and make it immediately, you won't be disappointed!

1 c. yogurt, vanilla or plain
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. salt, or to taste
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
