1 cup (16 Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup canola oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3ΒΌ cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cornflakes (or rice cereal) - I used rice cereal
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
