These fluffy sweet potato biscuits are a Thanksgiving staple. Incredibly simple to make and even easier to eat.

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" cubes**
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
10 Tbsp butter, cold and cut into cubes
1/3 cup - 1 cup milk
