This is the classic BLT, but better.

Texas Bread
Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Mayo
Basil (1/2 teaspoon - fresh or dried)
Swiss cheese slices
Toast the bread slices in either a toaster or oven. Cook bacon according to package directions. Slice tomatoes and wash up lettuce. Put mayo in a separate dish and stir in the basil. Once bread is ready, spread on the basil mayo. Layer the bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Once prepared, place sandwich(s) on a pan and put in oven at 325 degrees just long enough to melt the cheese. Voila!
