Don't fear the green! This smoothie is actually quite sweet and tasty plus it's the perfect way to refuel after a workout!

6-8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe banana
1 pineapple fruit cup with juice (or 1/4 cup canned pineapple with juice)
2 generous handfuls of spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
optional: 1/2 scoop Rezzerect powder (mixture of creatine and glutamine for muscle building)
