The Perfect Pizza Dough that is easy to make and comes out light, fluffy and crispy!

1 Tbs. yeast
pinch sugar
2 cups warm water
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
3 – 3½ cups flour
Soften yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. Beat in 2 cups flour. Mix in oil and salt. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Let rise 30 minutes. Makes two pizzas.
