Pumpkin! Pumpkin everywhere! It is officially fall which means pumpkin recipes are everywhere. This is the perfect pumpkin pecan pancake though! Make these up from scratch for breakfast, and everyone will be singing your praises!

Dry Ingredients
1 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp All Spice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Wet Ingredients
1/2 c pumpkin puree
3/4 c milk (I use skim)
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
