A twist on the traditional au gratin potato recipes. They're thick and creamy every time!

48 ounces potatoes, (about 8 medium sized)
1 1/2 cups skim milk
4 cloves garlic, peeled
6 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
