Thin Mint Ice Cream Bites

Using Girl Scout Thin Mints, ice cream, and more chocolate we create a mint chocolate ice cream bite that tastes out of this world!

1- chocolate mold-containing 6 bite-sized molds
½ cup dark mint chocolate candy melts
1 tsp oil
2 mint cookies-crushed-I used thin mints-crushed
¼ cup mint chocolate chip ice cream
