Three Cheese Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

With almost no prep work, this macaroni and cheese is a perfect meal for any busy day!

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked (I used Barilla multi-grain)
2 cups milk (I used 1%)
1 (12 oz) can evaporated skim milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
