Tofu Berry by Aguzz

This menu like " drunk food " because it combines tofu with fruit without cooking on the fire . " Low in calories but make steady energy . So when consumed morning can withstand hunger until 1 pm , " Here's the recipe and how to make it :

ingredients :
250 ml Orange Juice
250 ml soy milk ( vanilla or brown sugar )
500 ml strawberry ( frozen or cold temperatures )
1 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package soft tofu (tofu Japanese )
1 banana
50-100 gr sugar diet / sugar

optional rum

Garnish
sliced ??strawberry / orange
2 tbsp chia seed
250 ml Mix Berries , ( heated but not boiling )
1-2 tablespoons sugar diet / sugar
How to make : • First , preheat Mix berries in a small saucepan and add sugar to taste . In a heatproof bowl , put the chia seed , then pour the solution Mix Berries are still hot into it . Stir briefly , then let cool in refrigerator , stirring, stirring occasionally until it forms a gel of chia seed . • To Tofu Berry put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth . Add a little rum if you like . • Tofu Berry Pour into serving glasses and garnish with chia seed gel on it and sliced ??fresh fruit . Tips : - For strawberries , be sure to choose organic because it is free of pesticides . Strawberry fruit known to occupy the fourth most frequently given pesticide ( The first one is a peach ) . - Know the Japanese can be replaced with tofu egg . But know that eggs do not mature fully . - For the honey , the brown or the darker the color, the better the honeymoon . Means clear that the color of honey , honey has been mixed with water .
