Garlic 1 inch piece

Step 1
Heat a pan, add Chana dal and roast till lightly browned. Add red chillies and onions and continue to roast. Add tomatoes, garlic, salt and red chilli powder and mix. Step Take it off the heat and set aside to cool. Grind to a fine paste. Serve with dosa or idly
