Tom's Crunchy Country Apple Pie

I have made many good apple pies. This one has a yummy cinnamon crispy fritter top and soft bottom with apples I peeled, sliced and cored myself.

Pastry for double crust pie
Box of concord foods apple crisp
6c. peeled , cored and sliced apples
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2c.sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2Tb. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp.ground nutmeg
7Tb. butter
Combine apples and lemon juice in bowl: in another bowl combine sugars, flour , cinnamon and nutmeg; mix in with apples then pour into pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter and top with other pastry half; prepare Concord foods apple crisp with other 5 Tb. butter(its just brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and melted butter for a more crisp flavorful top)put over the top of the pastry and bake 450 for 15 min, reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 35 min. let sit for 20 min.

1 lb. dried navy or Great Northern beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1/2 c ketchup
3/4 c molasses
