Top Ramen Chicken Salad

I have used two or three different versions of this salad over the years, and I found this one to be my absolute favorite. I love this salad and it makes a perfect easy dinner for when I want a light meal. Robin

4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 16 oz. package Coleslaw mix, or 4 cups cabbage shredded
2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 2 oz. package sliced almonds
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil (if you don't have olive oil you can use canola oil)
1/2 cup rice or white wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 pkgs. seasoning from the ramen
Mix all the salad ingredients into a big bowl. Make the dressing. Put dressing on salad immediately before serving.
