Tortellini and Sausage in the Ninja

This was a new recipe for me and it's a hit in my family!! One of our new favorites.

1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 cup frozen diced onions
1 pound sausage
1/2 bag frozen spinach
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can low-fat chicken broth
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
In the Ninja, brown the sausage until cooked and crumbled, drain. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on stovetop medium until simmering. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until tortellini is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

If you ever wondered how to make a super flavourful black bean burger patty? Veggie burgers are all the rage right now and I wanted to give them a go! After trying out a couple different ingredient combos I think I found the one that's the most flavourful. It's a black bean chickpea veggie burger!
