Traditional Peanut Butter Cookies

Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside and just about perfect overall!

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
