Tropical Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Want a quick and easy breakfast that will transport you to the tropics without leaving home? This Tropical Fruit & Yogurt Parfait will leave your tastebuds dancing like their on vacation! With only five ingredients, anyone can make this!

1 kiwi, diced
1/2 mango, diced
1/4 c. pineapple tidbits (I used Dole, juiced drained)
1/2 c. coconut yogurt (I used Noosa brand)
1 tbsp. shredded coconut flakes, toasted
Layer a small glass with half of the yogurt and top with half of the diced fruit. Sprinkle with half of the coconut flakes. Repeat.
