If you haven't tried this one yet, you must! I know...sounds disgusting...but it really is good! Even my picky husband and kids ask for this one. Plus, you can't beat spinach for breakfast...two healthy veggie servings already out of the way! :) And, it really doesn't taste like spinach...I promise!

4 cups baby spinach
1/2 20oz can pineapple (in juice, not syrup)
1 banana
1/2 - 1 cup water
1 cup ice (or freeze the banana and skip the ice)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

2 t minced garlic
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t grated lemon zest ( plus 1 T lemon juice )
1/4 t ground black pepper
2 c cooked shredded chicken
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts ( 14 ounces each )
2 c fresh baby spinach
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c Italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs
1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
1 T salted butter
