Tuna Melt Tomatoes

Oh, summer tomatoes, how I miss you! The last growing season for me was, without a doubt, my most successful, as I grew ten lovely tomato plants (half from seed). Each plant blossomed quickly, with a harvest of over 30 cups of blanched, seeded, & chopped tomatoes, mostly for my canned spaghetti sauce. 10 Roma tomatoes, cut in half & seeded
2 cans tuna in water, drained & rinsed
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp pickle juice
1/2 cup grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste
