A delicious way to eat healthy during the holidays.

One can of chunky light tuna in (in water)
Butter lettuce
1/2 Yellow onion
1/2 Roma tomato
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/3 cup of shredded carrots
chopped parsley (optional)
