'Tunnel of Fudge' Bundt Cake

A super moist chocolate bundt cake with a secret fudgey middle and topped with a smooth, rich chocolate ganache!

Bundt Cake:
1/2 c. boiling water
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. Dutch processed cocoa powder
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1-1/2 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature

Chocolate Ganache:
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. light corn syrup
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
