There we were: Tuesday night and nothing to eat. Going out for dinner was not an option since we were too tired. There was only one thing left to do. Pasta. I had a small amount of rigatoni, a small amount of shells, some ground turkey and a jar of tomato basil sauce. This is what happened!

1 tray ground turkey
1 jar tomato basil pasta sauce
1/2 cup Boursin cheese spread
2 cups pasta (whatever you have)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 handful shredded Parmesan cheese

Add the pasta to boiling/salted water and cook until al dente
Add the olive oil, onion and turkey to a large skillet and cook until the turkey is well done
