The perfect use for leftover poultry! This casserole comes together quickly and will please the entire family!

1 lb turkey, chopped
2 boxes quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix (6.2 oz)
¼ cup butter
2 celery ribs
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ oz)
1 can cream of celery soup (10 ¾ oz )
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
