2 refrigerated pie crusts (one 14.1 ounce package)
1 cup thinly sliced cooked turkey (or chicken)
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ lb. (about 7 slices) cooked, crumbled bacon
1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled and thinly sliced
