3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp or so fresh ground pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup boiling water
1 tsp or 1 cube chicken bouillon
(or 1 cup chicken broth)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp honey or granulated sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
4 servings cooked rice
