Turkey Bean Chili tasted really good not very spicy at all! I liked the combination of flavors and adapted it a bit too…
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lrg onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/4 lb ground turkey
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1Tbsp plus 1/2 tsp chili powder
2 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans (8oz) tomato paste
2 cans cannellini beans (white kidney), drained and rinsed
Cilantro sprigs for garnish
