2-3 lbs Boneless Turkey or Chicken, cubed
Poultry Seasoning
STUFFING
5 cups Bread Cubes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
3/4 Cups Celery, finely chopped
1/8 Cup Dried Parsely
1 teaspoon Dried Rubbed Sage Leaf
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaf
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1-1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
GRAVY
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon Rubbed Sage
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Flour
