Turkey Crunch with Wild Rice

A tasty way to use up that leftover turkey!

3 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 can of sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 oz package slivered almonds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp curry
1 cup mayonnaise (light)
1/2 soup can milk
12 oz pkg chow mein noodles
2 boxes long grain and wild rice
Mix turkey, celery, onion, soup, mushrooms, almonds, salt, pepper, curry, mayonnaise and milk together. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve over hot, long grain and wild rice and top with chow mein noodles.
