1 pound lean ground turkey
¾ cup cooked quinoa (I used red quinoa)
½ cup rolled oats
1 green onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbls fresh parsley, chopped
Topping
¾ cup marinara sauce
¾ cup Mozzarella cheese
¾ cup cooked quinoa (I used red quinoa)
½ cup rolled oats
1 green onion, chopped

¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbls fresh parsley, chopped
Topping
¾ cup marinara sauce
¾ cup Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with non stick spray, or liners.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
