We had several children over for tea last night, and I thought I would shy away from the usual pizza and chips, I had picked up some reduced Turkey mince and I had a bit of a brain wave. I always try and show my children different foods and tastes, and some times they like it and sometimes I get a big “JOG ON !” but it is always worth a try.

You will need….

250g Turkey mince

2 carrots grated

1 onion chopped finely

2 tbsp curry powder

2 tsp salt

4 cups of plain flour

50g butter

1 tbsp coconut oil
