Turkey Sloppy Joe Skillet Pizza

I can’t take it. Inside of me is a little kid who can’t walk by a sloppy joe, tater tot, s’more or mac and cheese without stopping and seriously considering eating it all before anyone can see me. This is in that category but I am now putting it out there for the whole world to see. A mash-up of two of my favorite kid foods.

1 pkg store-bought pizza dough (Trader Joe's has a great one if there's a store near you!)
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
For the sloppy joe:
1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1 white onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, finely diced
1 ½ cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

For the sloppy joe:

Take the pizza dough out of the package and place in an oiled bowl. Cover and let rise on the counter for at least 20 minutes up to an hour.
