1 1/3 lb. lean ground turkey (I used 93/7)
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. salt
1 t. chili powder
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 bell pepper, minced
1/2 c. water
8 oz. canned tomato sauce
8 large lettuce leaves
