An inexpensive week night meal.

1 pound lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp chinese five spice
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2tsp pepper
1/4 cup frozen peas
Brown meat in pan with garlic and sesame oil.Add sugar , soy sauce, ginger, five spice, crushed pepper and pepper and peas.Simmer 5 min. Serve on rice and garnish with green onions or chives if you like.
