Vanilla Caramel Poke Cake is a soft and fluffy cake with holes poked throughout that is then smothered in a homemade caramel, topped with cream cheese icing and drizzled with salted caramel.

1 ½ Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking soda
¾ Cup Milk
2 tsp - 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Essence (Depends on your personal tastes)
Caramel Filling;
1 tin Condensed Milk
50g Butter
1/4 Cup Golden Syrup
For the Cream Cheese Icing;
110g Butter, softened
1 Cup Cream Cheese
3-4 Cups Icing Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Salted Caramel Sauce;
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
50g Butter, melted
3 Tbsp Milk
1/2 - 1 Tsp Salt
½ Cup Caster Sugar
