A coffee creamer you can make at home - without all the additives & chemicals you don't want. Takes no time at all to make. A good rule of thumb for how long it will last is using the expiration date on the milk you use to make it. This can be gluten free, just be sure to use GF brands for your ingredients.

14 oz. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
14 oz. milk (skim, low-fat, or whole will work) or use heavy cream for a thicker consistency
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
