Vegetable Curry

1 tbsp of Olive oil
1 medium size onion
2 cauliflower, cut into florets
1 carrot (chopped)
1 potato (chopped)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
2 garlic
1 tbsp turmeric
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Heat oil in the large pan, add onions wait until golden brown, add all the vegetables, stir. Then add all the spices, season with salt. Then add the chillies and water bring to boil,simmer for 20 minutes, add the vinegar and the sugar, simmer again for 5 minutes. You can served with rice or bread, it depends on you.
