A very popular street dish from Mumbai. Its a wrap filled with veggies and spices. It is very filling and fun to make!

For the wrap
3/4 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Water for kneading
For the filling
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3-4 green chillies, minced
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp chilly garlic sauce (optional)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Other ingredients
1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
Sriracha sauce/tomato sauce
