This is a marinade for veggies. You can eat it cold as a refreshing salad or BBQ the veggies for a unique summer time side dish!

1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Cauliflower, florets
1/2 cup baby Carrots, halved
1 cup Broccoli, florets
1/2 cup Snap Peas
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 red Onion, sliced
1/2 Red Pepper, sliced
10 mushrooms
