Velvety carrots and sweet potatoes with coconut milk

- 1 Large sweet potato
- 4 carrots
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1st step: Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in the. Peel and trim the carrots in. Peel and degermez garlic. In a saucepan, pour in the olive oil and chopped garlic finely. Leave quickly brown and then add the sweet potatoes and carrots. Leave return 5-6 minutes. 2nd step: then Add 20cl of water and the vegetable broth dehydrated. Bake for 15 minutes approximately.
