Vietnamese Pho Recipe for the Crock Pot

Don't let all that yummy broth evaporate on the stove top! Use your slow cooker to make your Pho broth.

1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon five spice
1? cinnamon stick
1 medium onion, yellow & cut in ½

6 cans {14.5 ounce} chicken broth
2 teaspoons soy sauce
