Warm snickerdoodle bread with cinnamon chips

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespooons flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
Topping:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnman
