You will love these cute Watermelon Rice Krispie Treats for spring and summer. Dessert is always better on a stick! Our kids loved these. We are ready for warmer weather.

4 Tablespoons butter ( divided )
5 cups miniature marshmallows
green food coloring
red good coloring
6 cups rice krispies cereal
1/8 cup chocolate chips
