A posh British open-faced grilled cheese. Savory melted cheese sauce made with dark beer over slices of toasted bread.

1 teaspoon English mustard
3 tablespoons Stout (dark beer)
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 egg yolks, room temperature
2 slices wholewheat or grain bread
