Big and chewy Bakery Style White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies have slightly crisp edges and a soft center.

2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs ( room temperature )
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp milk
2 1/2 cups pastry flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 2/3 cups quick cooking oats
8 oz chopped white chocolate
1 cup dried cranberries
