White Chocolate Creme Brulee

Any easy and delicious dessert that is sure to impress. Great for a romantic date night at home as it makes 2-3 servings depending on ramekin size.

1 Cup half and half
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
boiling water
Sugar

Preheat oven to 350F and start boiling some water. In a small pot heat half and half with white chocolate until white chocolate is melted into half and half and the edges of the mixture start to bubble....
