White Chocolate Cupcakes - Made In Heaven

This cupcake recipe is so divine i had to label it as coming from heaven. White is for purity and these cupcakes are anything but pure.... more like a little indulgent. You just got to try these White Chocolate Cupcakes.

1¾ cups of good quality cake flour
2 tsp of baking powder
2/3 cup of fresh whole milk
½ tsp of Double-Strength Vanilla
4 medium sized egg whites, at room temperature
6 tbsp of softened butter
½ cup of granulated sugar
¼ cup of sour cream
12 round white or very dark chocolate unwrapped truffles
Frosting & Garnish

6 oz of chopped white chocolate for baking
1 pkg of softened cream cheese
¼ cup of fresh softened butter
½ tsp of Double-Strength Vanilla
2 cups of powdered sugar
optional White chocolate curls
